Commercial Real Estate Associate Role
This is an excellent opportunity to join a large, busy, and highly regarded commercial property team, advising a diverse client base across all key sectors of the economy. You will work closely with partners and senior colleagues on a wide range of commercial property matters.
* You will be responsible for managing all stages of commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, disposals, sales and purchases of investment and development assets.
* You will support landlord & tenant matters acting for both major landlords and tenants across multiple sectors.
* You will provide real estate support to corporate transactions working closely with banking and finance teams.
About this role
The ideal candidate has 3+ years PQE experience in Ireland or another common law jurisdiction. They should have solid understanding of banking, finance and security documentation as well as excellent drafting skills. They must also demonstrate attention to detail while being commercially minded.
