With operations across the UK, Europe and SoutheastAsia, we employ over 3,500 people and have over €50bn in assets undermanagement.About this Role:Thepurpose of the Arrears Support Unit Relationship Manager is to manage therelationship with a portfolio of borrower’s accounts to identify borrowers indifficulty, establish the reason for the borrower’s arrears and work withborrowers to find a solution to their arrear’s situation.The RelationshipManager Arrears Support Unit will also have business targets to achieve andwill ensure that their role is achieved in the context of controlled policiesand procedures while providing exceptional customer service and minimisingrisk.Location: ShannonPermanent/Full timeKeyResponsibilitiesFinancial targetsTo generaterevenue from a portfolio of accounts in line with monthly targetsCustomer serviceTo communicatewith customers in a clear and concise mannerTomeet with Borrowers as requiredAdhereto service plan including rotas and call targetsRecordexpressions of dissatisfaction and customer complaints on the relevantcustomer complaintsSystemRisk Managementthrough ComplianceTo conduct alltasks in a manner compliant with all policies, procedures, and legislativerequirements.Ensureall accounts are reviewed and managed in line with Company procedures.Ensureall accounts are escalated as appropriate without unnecessary delay.Education &QualificationsLeavingCertificate or equivalent (Essential)AccreditedProduct Adviser (Desirable)QualifiedFinancial Adviser (Desirable)TechnicalCompetenciesCollectionsITKnowledge – General UseLegal& ComplianceInterpersonal &Behavioural CompetenciesCommunicationskills – Interpersonal and WrittenCustomerService and Commercial AwarenessInfluencing/Persuasionand Negotiation skillsJudgment& Decision-MakingOrganisationalSkillsTeamWorkingPepper is an equalopportunities employerRole Profiles are subject tochange in line with business needs.For more information on thisrole please email recruitment@peppergroup.ie
