Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Managing Quantity Surveyor with a strong MEP/data centre background to lead commercial delivery across multiple projects. This is a hybrid role with regular attendance required at the Hertfordshire office and project meetings. Responsibilities Lead the commercial management of multiple data centre fit-out projects Manage QS teams, subcontractors, and commercial reporting Oversee procurement, variations, claims, and final accounts Prepare CVRs, forecasts, and project budgets Drive commercial performance and risk management Liaise with clients, project teams, and senior management Support tender and pre-construction activities Requirements Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar Strong experience on MEP, data centre, or mission critical projects Proven leadership and team management experience Excellent contractual and commercial knowledge Strong communication and client-facing skills Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects Excellent opportunity to join a growing contractor working on major hyperscale and mission critical developments across the UK and Europe.
