Your new role Our client is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist with strong technical and detailing skills to join a growing team and contribute to a range of exciting new projects.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the detailed design and delivery of architectural projects Ensure compliance with Irish Building Regulations and statutory requirements Manage day-to-day project tasks and report to the Project Architect Prepare and submit planning applications, tender packages, and construction documentation Attend client, design team, and contractor meetings Conduct site visits and inspections Support adherence to planning, building, and health & safety regulations What you'll need to succeed You will have a degree in Architectural Technology or a related discipline.
8+ years' experience working in an architectural firm.
Proven experience in technical design and construction detailing You will be proactive with strong initiative and motivation.
Excellent knowledge and experience of Irish Planning, Building Regulations, Building Control, and Irish Health & Safety legislation is essential.
AutoCAD with Revit experience is desirable.
Full driving licence and access to your own car as the role requires frequent travel to sites as required.
