Offer description

As a dedicated and professional support specialist, you will work closely with the CEO of our organization in our Limerick city office. Your role will require discretion, maturity, and flexibility, alongside essential experience in financial administration.


Key Responsibilities:

* Provide administrative support to the CEO, including processing invoices, managing banking and payments.
* Manage incoming correspondence to the CEO and serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries.
* Maintain the CEO's files and filing systems.
* Assist with meetings, scheduling, agenda circulation, and recording minutes and actions.
* Arrange travel for the CEO and assist with booking accommodations and meeting rooms.


Requirements:

* Proven experience as a support specialist or executive assistant.
* Experience in finance or bookkeeping, including banking and payments.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
* Familiarity with modern office software and tools.
