You will work closely with internal groups and external clients, acting as the main point of contact during the onboarding and testing phases of project delivery.As a Senior Implementation Specialist, you will lead all aspects of Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). You will guarantee that our platform integrations are ready and maintain high quality. Additionally, you will assist clients throughout testing and launch, solving any challenges and encouraging successful results.ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage end-to-end implementation of Tier 1 retailers during the onboarding phase.Lead and complete Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) for retailers connecting with our platform.Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for projects that are currently being rolled out.Serve as the primary point of contact for client-facing onboarding and testing activities.Guide and assist retailers through our testing and launch processes, guaranteeing a seamless onboarding experience.Mentor and upskill Implementation Specialist peers within the Technical Services team.Function as the senior client-facing lead for onboarding, coordinating the retailer's collaborators and expectations.Troubleshoot issues during testing phases and bring them up as needed to internal teams.Support dark production testing and launch ceremonies to guarantee a seamless transition to hypercare support and CSM teams.Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to ensure client requirements are met.Document test results, feedback, and issues clearly and professionally for both internal and external audiences.RequirementsProven experience in a QA or Testing role, ideally within an ecommerce or SaaS environment.Significant experience in software implementation, onboarding, or technical delivery within a technology environment.Strong client-facing experience—you're comfortable leading external conversations and managing expectations.Excellent in the Use of Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, and Project management tools like etc.Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
