The Role
We are looking for a
Managed Linen Service Manager
to lead our team at
St. Vincent's University Hospital
. This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for service delivery, staff management, and maintaining strong relationships with hospital stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a team of Service Representatives to ensure smooth daily operations.
* Act as main contact for hospital management, resolving service issues promptly.
* Oversee rosters, payroll approvals, and training compliance.
* Manage stock levels, place orders, and coordinate with the service office/distribution.
* Prepare regular operational reports for Elis and the hospital.
* Drive process improvements, efficiency, and best practices on site.
Experience & Skills
* 2–3 years' experience in customer service or people management.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
* Proactive problem-solver with attention to detail.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
* Commercial awareness and team leadership experience.
