About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Remote Resourcing Advisor based in Ireland to join our team.

* Main Responsibilities:
1. Develop and deliver brand and attraction interventions, ensuring best-in-class recruitment communication materials, a compelling online presence, high-quality collateral for recruitment fairs, and engagement with relevant third parties to support brand-building and attraction.
2. Demonstrate hands-on experience with end-to-end resourcing processes and a proven track record of delivery. Utilise effective sourcing strategies, confidently approach passive candidates, and be highly organised in managing workload and processes.
3. Promote our social media presence as a Brand Ambassador, engaging managers and employees in activity.
4. Ensure effective utilisation of the ATS and social media to build a talent pool.
5. Drive segment campaigns and recruitment drives for your portfolio, working alongside hiring managers.
6. Engage with segment hiring managers to forecast and support planning, prioritisation of resourcing needs on a short, medium, and long-term basis.
7. Utilise and engage with hiring managers and employees to promote our company as an employer of choice.
* Requirements:
1. A proven track record of delivery and hands-on experience with end-to-end resourcing processes.
2. Effective sourcing strategies and ability to confidently approach passive candidates.
3. Highly organised in managing workload and processes, including the use of ATS, scheduling tools, and online platforms.
4. Resilient, communicative, and adaptable, with a willingness to develop influencing skills and implement best practices.
5. Familiarity with selection and assessment techniques, and ability to relate effectively to a diverse community of hiring managers.
* Package Details:
1. Full-time position (Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm).
2. 40 hours per week.
3. 12-Month Fixed Term Contract.
4. Remote working with occasional travel.
5. Must be based in Ireland.
