They are based in Dublin city centre and offer a competitive salary and hybrid working.Responsibilities:Create and Deliver Insightful Reports: Prepare high-quality client recommendation reports and financial planning summaries following adviser meetings.Market & Product Research: Analyse and compare investment, pension, and protection products within the Irish market.Technical Support: Obtain and review product quotations, performance data, and policy documents from providers.Client Management: Maintain precise, up-to-date client records using our CRM and back-office systems.Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all advice and documentation meet Central Bank of Ireland (CBI) and internal compliance standards.Advisor Support: Assist with meeting preparation — including valuations, policy summaries, and other client materials.Team Collaboration: Work alongside Senior Advisors to shape and refine financial strategies tailored to each client's goals.Skills & Experience:QFA qualification is required1–2 years of experience in financial planning, life & pensions, or investment administration.Level 8 degree preferredA solid grasp of pensions (PRSA, Executive, ARF), investments, and protection products.Strong analytical, numerical, and written communication skills.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word); familiarity with CRM or financial planning software is a bonus.
