Offer description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of sales orders. Your primary objective will be to manage and process orders submitted by Account Executives in accordance with established standards and practices.

* Determine the type of order (Equipment: Move/Pickup, Trials, Sale, Lease and Rental, Software, Consulting, or Maintenance Agreement)
* Verify that all necessary paperwork has been submitted
* Obtain credit approval based on established guidelines
* Verify the accuracy and pricing of each line item on the sales order

You will also be required to process any revisions to sales orders, add or remove items, change pricing, revise bill-to and ship-to information, and demonstrate extensive knowledge of Inventory Management procedures and Best Practices.

Additionally, you will be responsible for demonstrating proficiency in various task areas within eAutomate, including sales order processing, service call input & dispatch, equipment record updating & management, customer record creation & management, and preparing sales orders to be shipped.

As part of your daily responsibilities, you will need to update sales orders to ensure the accuracy of the Sales Order Log and coordinate transfers of equipment from warehouse to the appropriate office.

Other tasks may include processing all types of paperwork related to the position, both accurately and legibly, including electronic document handling systems such as Laserfiche. You will also need to closely monitor the status of on-order items and work with Purchasing to source equipment from alternate locations as needed.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to provide an excellent customer experience even when under pressure.

We are looking for individuals who are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and able to learn and use proprietary company software.
