The role will report to the Management Reporting Manager.The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, experience working in a management reporting role.Responsibilities Will Include But Are Not Limited ToCompletion of monthly reporting to Group on a timely and accurate basisEnsuring that all inter-company queries are dealt with on a proactive manner and resolved on a timely basisWorking with the Ayvens group entities to ensure that all inter-company balances are reconciled and agreed in advance of the month end reportingResponsibility for the revenue accounting and reporting process including timely resolution of data issues.Work across various departments on the relevant reconciliations and issues resolutionSupport the testing and implementation of the new accounting and finance systemsAssist in the preparation of the daily cashflow and payments as requiredContributes to the Financial planning activities of AYINS and provides support during Annual Plan and Forecasting processSupport Internal, External And Other Audits As RequiredParticipation in periodic review of all processes and procedures to ensure compliance with Group reporting requirements (Ayvens and Societe Generale)Provide support with the on-going projects and initiatives to ensure the continuous improvement and efficiencies for the Finance teamPerform other duties as assigned or requestedKnowledge /SkillsBackground in Accountancy and/or Business StudiesMust understand Accounting PrinciplesACCA or CIMA qualificationHigh level of numeric accuracyExperience in dealing with large amounts of dataTime Management Skills to meet deadlinesExcellent Verbal and Written Communication skillsAbility to work on own initiativeAbility to build good relationships cross-functionallyGood Team Player who fully participates in and supports departmental initiativesStrong attention to detail.Be driven and motivated to succeedAyvens Insurance is an equal opportunities employerBenefits23 Days Annual Leave Completion Bonus
