Midlands Park Hotel is looking for an experienced General Manager to lead our team and deliver outstanding food, service, and guest experiences.
Your Role
Lead and inspire a high performing hospitality team
Oversee daily operations, ensure smooth service and exceptional guest care
Drive sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction
Maintain high standards in food, service, and compliance
Recruit, train, develop and mentor team members
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a General Manager or senior hospitality leader
Strong leadership and people management skills
Passion for food, service, and guest experience
Commercial mindset with strong operational knowledge
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
