Job Overview
The Technician Tech Services will diagnose, repair, and maintain beverage dispensing equipment to customer satisfaction, manage tools and parts, and maintain records and reports, all safely and efficiently per Company standards. Provide excellent customer service and communication, and promote revenue through service sales.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Diagnose and repair fountains, venders, coolers, and other beverage equipment, manage tools and parts, and maintain records safely and efficiently.
* Operate handheld devices for accurate delivery, removal, movement records, and inventory accountability.
* Drive safely, adhere to safety policies, and conduct vehicle inspections as required.
* Maintain proper use and accountability of parts, tools, supplies, and keys.
* Complete required training and keep documentation updated.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
* Ability to lift 50 pounds
* Drive and ride for long periods
* Use refrigeration, electrical, cordless, and general hand tools, and electronic devices
* Work in indoor and outdoor environments, including uncontrolled temperatures
* Experience in electrical and/or refrigeration fields required
Minimum Qualifications
* High school diploma or GED
* Up to 12 months of relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications
* Valid driver’s license
* EPA Level 1 Refrigeration certification or ability to obtain within 6 months
* Ability to obtain forklift and pallet jack certification
* Pass company certification programs for equipment repair and safety (e.g., BEST, FAST, Advanced Refrigeration)
Work Environment
Varies, including exposure to weather, coolers, and non-temperature-controlled storage areas.
