We are seeking a professional, motivated Receptionist / Accounts Administrator on a full time basis to join our busy team. This is a front-line role where you will be the first point of contact for customers while supporting the smooth running of our CVR Testing Centre and Workshop.
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcoming and checking in customers for CVR Testing and Workshop Repairs
* Managing bookings for CVR Testing and Vehicle Repairs
* Creating and issuing invoices accurately and efficiently
* Handling invoice queries and liaising with customers to resolve issues
* Supporting debt collection and following up on overdue accounts
* Maintaining records and ensuring a high standard of customer service at all times
Requirements:
* Previous reception/administration experience in a customer-facing role
* Strong knowledge of accounts/invoicing
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Professional, friendly, and proactive approach
