We are seeking to hire an Accounts Assistant/Bookkeeper in our Claremorris, Co. Mayo office.
Responsibilities
* Assisting with accounts preparations & Tax returns for our clients
* Data entry
* Bank Reconciliation
* VAT & RCT Returns
* Payroll
* MISC duties as required
Candidate Profile
* Confident with figures and have good computer skills.
* Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships with clients on your portfolio.
* Be flexible and well organised.
* Be a natural team player, comfortable working closely in a team environment.
* Previous use of Bright Software/Sage/AutoEntry is an advantage.
* Dealing with client queries related to the above.
* Ability to work well under pressure, prioritise tasks and focus on meeting deadlines.
* Fluent written and spoken English is essential.
