Person in Charge
position based in county Galway.

The Role:
We are appointing a
Person in Charge (PIC),
based in Galway County (positions available in Galway city and Tuam/Mountbellew).
This is a leadership role with full responsibility for compliance, people, quality and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
-Overall governance and day-to-day management of the designated centre
-Ensure full compliance with HIQA regulations and the Health Act 2007
-Lead, support and motivate multidisciplinary staff teams
-Deliver high-quality, person-centred supports in a home-from-home environment
-Manage staffing, rosters and budgets in line with approved plans
Essential Requirements:
-Minimum
3 years' management experience
in health or social care
-Level 7+ qualification (Social Care, Nursing or Health-related discipline)
-NMBI registration (for nursing candidates)
-Recognised management qualification
