This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, variety, and learning the craft brewing process. The position involves assisting in the brewery including on brewing and packaging days, as well as working outside the brewery on beer line cleaning and deliveries.Key ResponsibilitiesBrewery Operations:Assist the brewer on brewing days, including:Preparing ingredients and equipmentCleaning and sanitising vessels and toolsGeneral cellar and brewhouse supportAssist on packaging days, including:Kegging, canning, and/or bottling beerLabelling, packing, and preparing finished productMaintaining cleanliness of the packaging areaFollow all hygiene, safety, and quality procedures at all timesExternal Operations:Carry out beer line cleaning at customer premises to a high standardAssist with deliveries, including loading and unloading kegs and packaged beerRepresent the brewery professionally when dealing with customersGeneral Duties:Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the brewery and storage areasSupport stock management and inventory tasksAssist with ad-hoc operational tasks as requiredSkills & ExperienceEssential:Strong work ethic and willingness to learnAbility to carry out manual and physical work (lifting kegs, standing for long periods)Full, clean driving licenceGood attention to detail and cleanlinessReliable, punctual, and able to work independently when requiredDesirable (but not essential):Previous experience in a brewery, food & beverage production, or warehousingInterest in craft beer and brewingExperience with deliveries or customer-facing workPersonal Attributes:Practical and hands-onPositive attitude and team-orientedComfortable working in varied environments (brewery, cellars, customer sites)Flexible and adaptable to changing daily tasksWorking Conditions:Mix of indoor brewery work and off-site workEarly starts may be required on brewing or delivery daysSome weekend or flexible hours may be required depending on production needsWhat We Offer:Opportunity to gain real-world brewing and brewery operations experienceTraining provided on brewing processes, packaging, and line cleaningA varied role in a growing independent breweryJob Type: Full-timePay: €28,000.00-€30,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
