Job Description
* Analyze referred incidents to identify potential business process breaks and gaps.
* Review analysis reports that define risks associated with identified process breaks and gaps.
* Develop and maintain documentation for presentation to senior leadership.
* Assist with complex case work as needed.
* Coordinate notifications to managers and employees regarding identified business process breaks/gaps.
* Prepare presentation slides and reports on identified issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Moderate understanding of the cybersecurity environment, including approved and unapproved software requirements.
* Strong understanding of business controls and their relation to business processes.
* Excellent prioritization and organizational skills.
* Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
* Proficient report writing skills.
* Attention to detail.
* Comfort with public speaking.
* Knowledge of Endpoint Detection and Response tools and Anti-Virus solutions.
* Knowledge of Data Loss Prevention tools.
* Understanding of data organization and structuring across diverse sources.
Education and Preferred Qualifications
* 1-3+ years of experience with ITIL, demonstrated through work, military, or education.
* 2-3+ years of experience supporting production environments, including problem identification, issue documentation, and managing customer/vendor relations.
* 3-5+ years of experience with project management tools, incident management, and availability management.
* 2-4+ years of information security administration experience.
