Role Overview
A BIM Manager is required to lead digital delivery and information management across large-scale data centre construction projects in Dublin. This role will take ownership of BIM systems, reporting, processes and platform adoption across multiple project teams, ensuring consistent use of digital tools to support construction delivery, quality and programme performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the implementation, management and continuous improvement of digital construction platforms across live data centre projects
* Define and maintain BIM execution processes, workflows and information management procedures in line with ISO 19650
* Own the setup, governance and performance of the Common Data Environment, ensuring data accuracy, accessibility and compliance
* Support project teams with model coordination, information exchange and digital best practice throughout the construction lifecycle
* Develop and deliver training programmes to upskill engineers, site teams and project managers in BIM and digital tools
* Act as the central point of contact for BIM-related matters across multiple projects
* Drive consistent reporting and data-led insights to support project controls and decision-making
* Work closely with design teams, construction management and commercial teams to ensure digital delivery aligns with project objectives
Requirements
* Degree-qualified in Construction, Engineering, BIM, Digital Construction or a related discipline
* Minimum 5 years' experience within the construction industry, with extensive Data Center experience
* Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC Build) and associated BIM workflows
* Proven experience managing BIM processes within a live construction environment
* Solid understanding of ISO 19650 information management principles
* Confident communicator with the ability to train, influence and support multidisciplinary teams
