Project Controls Manager
Hill International is searching for a major long‑term infrastructure project in Northwest Europe.
Responsibilities
Cost Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and forecast future costs.
Schedule Management: Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera (P6) or other project management tools.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and report on risk status throughout the project lifecycle.
Performance Monitoring: Analyze project performance data (KPIs) and prepare reports on progress, productivity, and variances.
Change Management: Assess and control changes in project scope, schedule, and budget.
Collaboration: Work with project teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure accurate project tracking and reporting.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and project controls best practices.
Reporting: Prepare and present detailed cost and schedule reports to stakeholders on a regular basis.
Project Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including baselines, budgets, and status reports.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in BA, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in project controls in the construction industry, on infrastructure, rail or road projects.
Minimum 2 years of experience in PCM.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Detailed knowledge of core Project Controls Toolsets.
Knowledge of quality management and process improvement practices and systems is desirable, preferably within the construction sector.
EU citizens or eligible to work in the EU.
