PROJECT MANAGER An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a specialist mechanical services contractor delivering complex projects across healthcare, pharma, and technical environments.

THE COMPANY: Our client is a well-established provider of specialist mechanical and medical gas systems, delivering design, installation, maintenance, and compliance services across Ireland's healthcare and regulated sectors.

THE ROLE: As a Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the delivery of multiple technical projects from mobilisation through to completion and handover.
Key responsibilities include: Managing multiple live projects across healthcare and controlled environments.
Coordinating site teams, engineers, and subcontractors nationwide.
Planning and managing programme delivery, milestones, and project schedules.
Monitoring project progress, managing risks, and supporting cost control activities.
Overseeing quality assurance, testing, commissioning, and certification processes.
Ensuring completion of project documentation including as-builts, O&M manuals, and compliance records.
Acting as the primary contact for clients, consultants, and site stakeholders.
Conducting regular site visits, inspections, and progress meetings.
Promoting strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with statutory and industry standards.
Supporting team development, mentoring staff, and maintaining company best practices.
THE PERSON: Our client is seeking candidates who: Have a mechanical, building services, or engineering trade background.
Have experience as a Contracts Manager, Senior Site Manager, or Project Manager in regulated or technical environments.
Possess strong leadership and organisational skills with experience managing multiple projects.
Have experience working within healthcare, pharma, or live operational facilities (highly beneficial).
Demonstrate strong commercial awareness and project delivery capability.
Hold a full clean Irish driving licence.
