Responsibilities:
* Taking ownership of customer issues using problem-solving skills to resolve them
* Promoting customer self-service through the My3 app
* Embodying a better connected life in person and engaging with customers to tell a story about our product range
* Driving sales
* Motivating teams to exceed targets through coaching and supporting
* Maintaining expert-level knowledge of products and attending trainings
* Engaging with customers to match them to appropriate products and services
* Cross-selling and upselling smaller products and services
You will also support your team and manager, participate in projects that support our people and customer experience, and keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
