A Business Transformation Supply Chain EMEA Lead is required by Career Wise Recruitment for our European based Pharmaceutical client.
This is a 6-month contract.
Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain EMEA and you can be located within any EMEA country, this position requires 20-30% travel within the region.
You must have International Supply Chain Warehousing & Transportation experience.
THE ROLE: Design the Target Operating Model through the different stage gates: Requirements definition Green field analysis and simulation scenarios Capital and expense planning Supplier RFP, selection and negotiation in collaboration with Procurement Link to global and IT project management frameworks Ensures that the customers (internal and external) perspective is a driving force behind all business decisions and activities Connects with the strategy team for strategic initiative implementation Oversees projects budget transparency and management Reports on Projects and Initiatives progress REQUIREMENTS: Extensive experience in managing and overseeing complex projects, programs and transformation units within an international supply chain Demonstrated experience in data analysis resulting in strategy implementation and risk evaluation Leading change management and implementation programs whilst integrating regulatory requirements Excellent communication skills in English with strong persuasion skills and the ability to simplify complex issues for stakeholders.
