We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our residential care team as a Support Worker.

2. You will work collaboratively with the team to identify and address the needs of each individual, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
3. To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You must also be able to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information. You’ll work closely with colleagues to provide high-quality support services that meet the needs of our service users. Key responsibilities include supporting daily living tasks such as personal hygiene routines,
household chores/laundry duties, and preparing meals within agreed nutritional guidelines (diets vary) using provided cookware.
