You'll act as the go-to expert for system processes, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives that ensure exceptional service delivery to our customers.

What will you be doing?

* Monitor system performance, analyse errors, and provide corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
* Maintain and update Material Master data when customer changes occur.
* Ensure inventory accuracy between systems and coordinate regular cycle counts.
* Create and manage warehouse storage configurations to maximise efficiency.
* Investigate and resolve discrepancies in stock levels promptly and effectively.
* Update and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to reflect system and process changes.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate, consistent, and timely inventory reporting.
* Provide WMS and systems training to warehouse staff and support ongoing process improvement.
* Track and report on customer KPIs related to inventory management and service performance.

About You

* Previous experience in a logistics, warehouse, or inventory management environment, with supervisory responsibilities.
* Strong technical knowledge of logistics systems and data flows, particularly SAP and Warehouse Management Systems.
* Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Experience in coordinating system troubleshooting and process improvement initiatives.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to train and support team members effectively.
* Self-driven, proactive, and structured, with a "can-do" attitude.
* Comfortable working cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders.
* Strong reporting and data interpretation skills.
* Willingness to travel as required.

What can we offer you?

Competitive Salary Package and an opportunity to be a part of and grow within a driven and successful company, with a team of 160,000, operating in over 90 countries.

In addition, we can offer access to a selection of employee benefits, such as:
