This role will involve a combination of administrative support, shift data extraction, and coordination of essential staff and client documentation. It's ideal for someone with 1–2 years of admin experience who enjoys working in a dynamic, team-driven environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform general office administration including document handling, scheduling, and clerical tasksExtract and compile shift data from internal systems for payroll, operations, and compliance useCoordinate and assist with the accurate completion of staff and client formsProvide support to the HR and finance teams through data entry and basic reportingManage office supplies, inventory, and ensure smooth day-to-day operationsAnswer and direct calls, emails, and internal/external queries professionallyAssist with onboarding processes and internal meeting supportMaintain confidentiality and accuracy in all administrative tasksRequirements1–2 years of experience in an administrative or data-focused roleStrong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office SuiteExcellent attention to detail and time management skillsStrong communication and interpersonal abilitiesCapable of working independently and as part of a teamComfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentJob Type: Full-time
