Responsibilities of the Health, Safety and Environmental Advisor:Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation, conducting risk assessments, site inspections and audits to maintain safety standards across sites.Safety Culture & Engagement: Engage with teams to promote a positive health and safety culture, providing training and support to employees on the best safety practices.Business Relocation Support: Play an integral part in the site relocation process, identifying potential risk associated with the move and ensuring the new site is fully compliant before operations begin.Incident Investigation & Reporting: Support the investigation of accidents, incidents and near misses, working with management to develop preventative measures based on findings.Candidate Profile:The ideal candidate will have:
