Overview
Hiring on behalf of my client, a leading contractor, for an Electrical Supervisor to join their team on a major Amgen Pharma project based in Bray.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate a team of 10–12 electricians on site
Ensure all works are completed to the highest standard of safety, quality, and compliance
Oversee day-to-day activities, ensuring schedules and targets are met
Manage Tag In/Tag Out stations and ensure adherence to safety protocols
Liaise with project managers, engineers, and client representatives
Requirements
Proven experience working as an Electrical Supervisor on Data Centre and/or Pharma projects
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation, and safety procedures
Previous experience supervising teams on large-scale projects
Familiarity with Tag In/Tag Out processes is essential
