Scheduleemployeetraininghealth&safetyandcareerprogressiontraining Promote and implement health and safety procedures to align with company and legislation requirements.
Performance Management - Work closely with managers in relation to employee reviews/appraisals ensuring effective feedback.
HR Operations and Compliance Ensure that HR policies and procedures comply with legal regulations and industry standards.
MaintainaccurateanduptodateemployeerecordsandmanageHRSystems Oversee employee leave management KEY REQUIREMENTS: DegreeinHumanResources,businessorrelatedfield CIPDQualificationorequivalentisdesirable Minimumof3yearsHRAdministration, Previousexperienceinamanufacturingcompanyisadvantageous Strong administrative, organisational and communication skills are essential along witha high level of confidentiality.
