We are now seeking to recruit a Commercial Lines Quality Assurance Compliance Assistant on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.
The Commercial Lines Quality Assistant will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality service and compliance within the Commercial Lines Insurance team.
The role involves monitoring, reviewing, and improving processes to ensure adherence to company standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.
The successful candidate will support the team in maintaining excellence in customer service, accuracy in policy documentation, and compliance with industry regulations.
This role involves providing critical support to the Compliance Team, ensuring the company adheres to relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies and processes.
The role will also encompass providing guidance, testing quality outcomes, reviewing documents, providing feedback, and managing investigations.
Collaboration with the relevant departments is essential to ensure seamless communication, alignment of goals, efficient problem-solving, and timely investigations,tigation introducing compliance solutions that meet both client needs and organisational objectives.

How you'll make an impact As Commercial Lines Quality Assurance Compliance Assistant you will provide critical support to the Compliance Team ensuring that key compliance functions are carried out effectively and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular quality checks on Commercial lines insurance policies, documentation, and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Identify and report any discrepancies, errors, or areas for improvement in processes or documentation.
Assist in the implementation of corrective actions and process improvements.
Collaborate with the Commercial Lines team to identify opportunities for streamlining workflows and improving efficiency.
Provide recommendations for enhancing customer service and operational processes.
Assist in training team members on quality standards, compliance requirements, and best practices.
Act as a point of contact for queries related to quality assurance and compliance.
Prepare detailed reports on quality assurance findings and present them to the Compliance Director.
Maintain accurate records of quality checks, audits, and corrective actions.
Support the Commercial Lines team in resolving customer queries and complaints related to policy documentation or service quality.
Ensure a customer-centric approach in all quality assurance activities Stay updated on industry regulations and standards related to Commercial lines insurance.
Ensure that all processes and documentation comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

About You Your Skills, Experience and Qualifications Experience of working within a regulated environment Compliance qualifications LCI, or working towards same A recognised qualification in General Insurance - CIP or working towards same Confident communicator Ability to discreetly handle confidential and highly sensitive information Excellent accuracy and attention to detail Basic knowledge of general insurance (Ireland) products, services Strong IT skills (advanced level proficiency across MS Office Suite is essential) Demonstrates a high degree of Commercial organisation and self-management Comfortable working autonomously and across multiple tasks
