Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Belfast.


Main Responsibilities:

* Provide administrative support, including document preparation and management
* Assist with the preparation of legal documents and briefs
* Filing statutory returns and maintaining accurate records
* Handle telephone calls and take messages on behalf of team members
* Manage appointments, diaries, and contact databases


Necessary Qualifications:

* Essential: Minimum 1 year's experience in an administrative support role (legal environment preferred)
* Desirable: Exposure to or experience in a legal or litigation setting


Key Requirements:

This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is also essential for this role.
