The Opportunity We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Process Team Member to join our high performing Pot & Malt team and help shape the future of one of Ireland's most iconic distilleries.
What You Will Be Doing Ensuring safe working practices and quality procedures are strictly followed to meet Irish Tax & Customs, environmental legislation, ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, and FEMAS standards.
Operating and optimising the production process using standard operating instructions to deliver consistent, efficient performance in line with the production schedule.
Accurately documenting all process data from raw material intake to final product output ensuring full traceability and compliance.
Performing routine process checks to maintain quality and efficiency and taking initiative to resolve issues swiftly and effectively.
Conducting basic equipment checks and maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
Identifying opportunities for improvement and contributing to ongoing enhancements in process and performance.
Engaging in team meetings, supporting strategic initiatives, and playing an active role in continuous improvement projects.
