We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Specialist to oversee the day-to-day management of our workspace infrastructure.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of 3 IT Engineers
* Mentor and develop team members through regular training and performance reviews
* Establish performance metrics and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and operational standards
* Manage receipt of service requests through various communication channels
* Prioritize support calls and requests based on business impact
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* 7+ years of desktop support experience in a trade floor environment
* Excellent leadership and team management skills
* Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced trading environment
* Strong knowledge of computer hardware, enterprise desktop applications, and collaboration tools
* Experience with incident ticketing applications such as ServiceNow
* Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows and Office O365
