Business Development Representative
We are seeking an ambitious Business Development Representative to join our team. As a field-based sales professional, you will be responsible for developing strong business relationships and expanding our client base across County Kerry.
This is a customer-facing, on-the-road role that requires someone with a passion for sales, relationship-building, and a solid understanding of the construction or hardware industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and engage with potential clients, including builders, contractors, and local businesses.
* Promote our full range of hardware and building products.
* Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in B2B sales, ideally within the hardware, construction, or building materials sector.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a talent for building relationships.
* Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently on the road.
* Good knowledge of hardware/building supplies is highly advantageous.
* Full clean driving licence required.
* Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
