Administrative Sales Assistant Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to fill an Administrative Sales Assistant position.
About the Job:
The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience working in a fast-paced office environment. This role involves processing customer orders quickly and accurately, supporting order fulfilment, handling supply chain queries, and maintaining order status communications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process incoming customer orders efficiently and accurately
* Support order fulfilment and handle supply chain inquiries
* Maintain order status communications and manage proof of delivery requests
* Respond to telephone enquiries and perform general admin duties
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a sales office or similar administration role
* Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; knowledge of VBA a plus
* Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Baan, SAP) and CRM tools
* Experience using MS Outlook and Teams
* Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
