Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving our business forward by sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding top talent.

This role will support our global team to efficiently navigate complex hiring processes and last-minute changes. Along with scheduling interviews, our Talent Acquisition Specialists are responsible for supporting recruitment-related initiatives and overall system maintenance.

Your Key Responsibilities

* Manage the end-to-end interview scheduling process, including candidate communication, interview panel coordination, and room booking.
* Ensure a smooth interview experience for candidates and interviewers.
* Support recruiters and hiring panels by opening, organizing, and maintaining recruitment data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
* Generate reports and provide data insights as required.
* Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.
* Continuously seek ways to improve the candidate experience.
* Facilitate on-site interviews, including greeting candidates, preparing interview spaces, and ensuring a welcoming office experience.
* Assist with posting job openings on various job boards and our careers page.
* Ensure job descriptions are up-to-date and attractive to potential candidates.
* Assist with maintaining recruitment-related documents, templates, and processes.
* Help streamline and optimize recruitment operations, including organizing recruitment events, managing recruitment campaigns, and coordinating with external vendors.

Requirements

* Minimum of 1 year of experience working with a fast-paced, high-growth recruitment team.
* Strong attention to detail, high sense of urgency, and prioritization and multi-tasking skills.
* Affinity for improving and caring for the candidate experience.
* Proficiency in multiple tools and systems: Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and applicant tracking systems.
* Familiarity with our scheduling, recruiting, and HR systems.
