Facilities Project Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled professional to manage and execute critical infrastructure and facility-related projects within a medical device manufacturing environment.
* Lead and manage facilities projects, including new construction, renovations, utility upgrades, and equipment installations
* Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and resource plans for facilities initiatives
* Oversee vendor selection, contract management, and performance for facilities projects
* Evaluate and ensure all facilities projects comply with relevant regulations and standards
* Coordinate with internal departments (Production, Quality, EHS) to minimize disruption during project execution
* Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities for facility infrastructure and systems
* Manage preventative maintenance and calibration programs for critical facility equipment
