My client, a busy and well-established practice in Killarney, is seeking a Legal Secretary / Receptionist for an immediate start. This is a full-time, office-based role offering variety and the opportunity to work in a professional and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide secretarial and administrative support, including audio typing and drafting documentation.
* Manage diaries, scheduling, and general office organisation.
* Handle phone calls and liaise with clients and third parties in a professional manner.
* Assist with day-to-day office administration and support colleagues as required.
Skills & Experience Required
* Previous office or legal secretarial experience desirable but not essential.
* Strong IT skills and confident using MS Office applications.
* Excellent communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work on own initiative.
* Highly organised with good multitasking and time management skills.
