* Purchase materials to support production and service in line with business needs.
* Maximise the use of Lean supply methods to meet delivery and inventory objectives.
* Monitor key metrics in the areas of on-time delivery, inventory, cost, quality and service to achieve agreed targets with suppliers.
* Lead all significant issue resolution programs with suppliers in conjunction with Engineering and Quality
Your qualifications and experience:
* Bachelors degree in Business, Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline (QQI level 8).
* Minimum of 5 years professional experience within Procurement, preferably within a manufacturing environment.

* You have a good working knowledge of procurement methods, tools, processes and reports.
