BIM Coordinator Role

This position involves overseeing the implementation of BIM technology for building services projects.

Key responsibilities include leading a team of technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications.

* Leading a team to carry out BIM design and coordination for building services projects.
* Coordinating with engineers, project managers, and site teams to resolve design challenges.

As part of this role, you will also be responsible for ensuring adherence to BIM workflows and standards across the team.

* Strong knowledge of BIM technology and its applications.
