We are seeking a proactive and delivery-focused Business Analyst to join the PMO Development Team. This role will play a key part in supporting projects such as a cloud-based imaging solution with complex workflow management requirements. You will work in an Agile delivery environment, implementing new functionality and solutions, and ensuring outcomes are delivered to a high standard.
You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, supporting requirement gathering, solution design, and delivery. Awareness of performance considerations in handling large imaging data will be valuable, alongside experience working in technology-driven development environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather, analyse, and prioritise requirements for workflow and imaging-related projects
* Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria within Agile delivery cycles
* Work closely with developers and testers to ensure solutions meet requirements and function as intended
* Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies
* Trace requirements across systems and workflows to support validation and root cause analysis
* Facilitate stakeholder reviews, sign-offs, and business readiness activities
* Help drive projects to completion by managing competing priorities and ensuring timely delivery
* Maintain documentation and contribute to process improvements within the PMO
Qualifications & Skills
Must-Have
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Agile, development-focused environments
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to orchestrate and drive multiple projects through to completion
* Self-driven and delivery-focused, with a "get things done" mindset
* Strong understanding of IT environments and workflow processes
Nice to Have
* Experience in medical imaging projects or related industries
* Familiarity with performance considerations when handling large image data
* Exposure to competitors' solutions in the imaging space
* Understanding of data governance and quality practices
