The Role
We are recruiting an experienced
Shift Manager
to lead day-to-day production operations on a designated shift.
Reporting to the MCPH Unit Manager, you will ensure production runs efficiently, safely, and in line with all KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver production schedules, productivity, yield, and labour targets
Lead and develop Supervisors and production teams
Drive GMP, food safety, quality, H&S, and environmental compliance
Control labour costs and support cost-saving initiatives
Minimise downtime and support preventative maintenance
Promote Lean and continuous improvement practices
Manage attendance, incidents and employee relations
Provide performance feedback and employee development
About You
3+ years' experience in FMCG / food production
Experience in Live Food Operations essential
Degree in Food, Operations, or Management (or equivalent)
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Knowledge of Lean, CI, and H&S standards
