Job Description:

The successful candidate will oversee the use of electronic tendering systems, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and optimising their utilisation to achieve efficient and transparent processes.

This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to drive team participation and high performance. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years' experience in public procurement, particularly for large-scale infrastructure projects.

The E-Tendering Lead will be responsible for coordinating e-tendering activities, ensuring that all procurement-related tasks are conducted in a timely and accurate manner. They will also provide expert guidance on e-tendering processes and support team members in their development.
