Administrator Role
If you’re the Administrator we’re looking for, you’ll be:
* A friendly, quietly confident, responsive, fast-learner

* Highly numerate with excellent attention to detail
* Fluent in English with superb report writing skills
* Experienced for at least 5 years in an office environment with strong MS Office skills
* Knowledge of Facilities Management, Buildings, and Health & Safety is desirable but not essential
Experience counts, but most importantly, you should have passion, responsibility, and pride in your work. Your main responsibility will be to ensure our Maintenance Customers receive timely and high-quality service. Your duties include onboarding new customers, setting up annual schedules, liaising with customers and sub-contractors, processing paperwork including compliance certificates and accounts documents, and keeping contracts up to date. You will also handle reactive calls on a day-to-day basis, so if you enjoy a fast-paced environment, this role might be suitable for you.
You will work closely with our Accounts Department and Operations Team. As the first point of contact for clients and sub-contractors, excellent phone and email communication skills are essential. Additionally, you will be responsible for writing reports, which requires clear written communication with accurate spelling and typing skills.
