Early Years Care and Education Leader
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and values-driven individual to lead our team at Tigers Childcare Ashbourne.
Your main goal will be to deliver high-quality early years care and education, ensuring curriculum planning aligns with Aistear and Siolta standards.
You'll provide leadership and mentorship to your team, supporting children's development and wellbeing.
As a Team Leader, you'll also contribute to creating a culture of professionalism, inclusion, safety, and care within the centre.
* Liaise with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and coordination across teams
* Maintain compliance and quality standards in accordance with Aistear and Siolta frameworks
* Provide guidance and support to junior staff members
* Promote positive relationships with parents and the wider community
Requirements:
* At least 1 year of experience in a similar early years leadership role
* Fetac Level 6 (or recognized equivalent) in Early Childhood Education
* Level 6-8 qualifications preferred
* LINC qualification preferred
