The Role
* Oversee all aspects of SW Connaught's Quality and Environmental System.
* Provide leadership in quality control across manufacturing processes, conduct data analysis, and drive ongoing improvement initiatives.
* Perform inspections of outgoing products and verify associated documentation.
* Serve as the primary contact for customer queries and requests related to Quality & Environment (Q&E).
* Investigate, resolve, and record all internal and external Q&E concerns, ensuring effective communication with relevant stakeholders.
* Coordinate cross-functional collaboration for timely and effective resolution of customer complaints.
* Administer ERP transactions, including processing customer returns.
* Facilitate and participate in audits with regulatory agencies, customers, and suppliers.
* Assess site Q&E training requirements and deliver instructional sessions for staff and management as needed.
* Provide support in additional duties to meet business needs.
* Offer coverage for other areas during periods of holiday or absence.
