Office Administrator Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised professional to take on the responsibilities of an Office Administrator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and efficiency of daily office functions.
The successful applicant will be expected to welcome and assist office visitors, providing a hospitable and professional experience. They will also be responsible for tracking, billing and following up with clients; managing debt-chasing and meeting tight deadlines.
Additional duties will include handling payables and receivables, coordinating meetings and office appointments, and overseeing the maintenance of office areas, equipment, and facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome and assist office visitors, providing a hospitable and professional experience.
* Track, bill, and follow up with clients; manage debt-chasing and meet tight deadlines.
* Handling payables and receivables.
* Coordinate meetings and office appointments.
* Oversee the maintenance of office areas, equipment, and facilities.
Requirements:
* Experience in a similar role in Ireland.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
* Experience with invoicing packages, particularly XERO, is a distinct advantage.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong multitasking, organisational, and prioritisation skills.
