We are seeking an ambitious and proven Senior Sales Manager to lead our FM sales strategy, win high-value contracts, and strengthen our market position across the Irish market.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver a forward-thinking FM sales strategy across hard, soft, energy, sustainability, and integrated services.
Win new business and secure large, multi-site FM contracts across public and private sectors.
Build strong relationships with key clients, consultants, and decision-makers.
Oversee sales operations including CRM, pipeline management, KPIs, forecasting and budget ownership.
Lead and mentor a high-performing Sales & BD team to success.
Collaborate closely with Operations, Finance, and Marketing teams.
Key Candidate Experience 5+ years sales leadership experience ideally in FM, Building Services or Property.
Lead the full FM sales strategy with autonomy and influence.
Proven track record winning large FM contracts and managing tenders.
Collaborative, ambitious leadership team focused on innovation.
Strong understanding of FM delivery models, pricing strategies, and integrated solutions.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Highly organised, data-driven, and an inspiring team leader.
