Role Description:
The
Investment Banking Analyst
plays a key role in supporting transaction execution, financial modeling, and client advisory activities across mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital raising, and strategic financing projects. This role provides exposure to high-level financial analysis, deal structuring, and market research while contributing to the successful delivery of client solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain detailed financial models to support valuation, transaction structuring, and scenario analysis.
* Conduct industry, company, and market research to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
* Prepare pitch books, presentations, and reports for clients, management, and internal teams.
* Assist in the execution of M&A, equity, and debt financing transactions, including due diligence and documentation.
* Perform valuation analyses using methods such as discounted cash flow (DCF), comparable company, and precedent transaction analysis.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, and risk management, to ensure seamless transaction execution.
* Track market developments, competitor activity, and regulatory changes relevant to clients and transactions.
* Maintain accurate and organized records of analyses, reports, and presentations.
* Support senior bankers in client meetings, negotiations, and project management activities.
* Continuously update skills and knowledge in financial markets, products, and investment banking best practices.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 1–3 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, or consulting; internships may be considered.
* Strong financial modeling, analytical, and quantitative skills.
* Solid understanding of valuation methodologies, corporate finance principles, and capital markets.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases (e.g., Bloomberg, Capital IQ, Refinitiv).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.

* Fluency in English required; additional languages are advantageous.
