Our client is seeking a driven and customer focused Technical Sales Consultant to join its team. This is a target-driven, field-based role for someone who thrives on building relationships, generating new opportunities, and closing projects of varying sizes.
Key Responsibilities
New Business Development & Sales
Identify, develop, and win new lift installation opportunities across all sectors.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads, consistently progressing opportunities through the sales funnel.
Meet agreed sales targets, revenue goals, and activity KPIs.
Be customer-facing and represent the business professionally at all times.
Conduct site visits, assess customer requirements, and propose best-fit lift solutions.
Build long-term relationships with key decision makers, including architects, consultants, developers, contractors, and facilities teams.
Work closely with engineering, project management, and operations teams to ensure solutions are deliverable and customer expectations are met.
Skills & Experience
Proven track record in target-driven B2B sales, ideally in technical, construction, engineering, or building services sectors.
Strong customer-facing capability with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple opportunities, and meet deadlines.
Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide.
